The cutEXPERT ecojet with its cutting surface of 2,90 m x 2,90 m is suitable for all companies cutting leather, textile and all technicals materials that value maximum output coupled with a high degree of accuracy. The comfortable and space-saving one-table-solution achieves its high efficiency through every combination with the other Expert modules that make up this system. The Online concept all the preceding Expert-workplaces like scanning and nesting hides are integrated in the cutting system. But you can increase your productivity in the advanced stage “offline-process” by seperating all necessary steps of the production process. Furthermore the machine can be extended by a second cutting surface. Depending on the material the cutEXPERT ecojet cuts single or multilayers of the following materials: Leather and imitation leather. Laminated materials. Rigid foam, flexible foam, rubber and composites. Foil, plastic and aluminium foil. Carton, paper, wood and cork. Cutting with Expert waterjet cutting machines does away with plastic foils.
