The software module pre-selectEXPERT has been developed for those companies, that have to cut leather for different applications e.g. if you cut leather for upholstery and also supply the garment or handbag and small leather goods industry. We are offering you a solution that allows you an automatic cutting dealing with more than one branch of industry. You control and qualify your hides with the scanEXPERT software and then assign it with the pre-select module immediately and automatically to the correct branch of industry. Within 15 – 20 seconds the fully automatic optimizing software will tell you the most suitable product line for the scanned hide. Depending on the demands of your production environment you can stipulate up to 3 categories for the classification of your hides and assign the most suitable set of patterns. You can also assign special reference patterns and DIN size formats of your choice. Depending on the patterns of your optimization parameters the pre-selectEXPERT software indicates if it is a high quality A-grade, a standard B-grade or an inferior C-grade hide. The result will be printed out by barcode and stored in the production system. You can identify your hides at any time and create a data base of the 3 different qualities available to you. You can then easily select the correct hides for the different product lines to your maximum advantage. |
