| Cut several hides at the same time on only one cutting table. | ||||
When we designed the cutting surface of the tables for the EXPERT waterjet cutters, we tailored them to the size of an average European hide. This will allow you to cut smaller hides like split or bycast leather in sequence on the same table saving you time. For those customers that work with small hides like kid etc. we developed a special software called skinEXPERT . You scan and nest your hides with the standard software with all advantages that are associated with it. The cutter then allows you to cut 3 or 4 hides on the table in the same operation saving you considerable time. Read the barcode labels one after the other and the laser will display you the perimeters of the hides and their positions on the table. This software enables you to place up to 4 hides or pieces of material (depending on their sizes) on the table. Needless to say that this software is also suitable for small geometric areas like cardboards for the samples of your new styles. |
