nestEXPERT textilenest is the optimization of the yield of your fabric and other textile materials. No matter which material you cut, the usable width of the material (max. 160 cm) either in rolls or in sheets can be defined as well as the length of the lay. The marker manager contains your layers called markers and constitutes the data basis for the automatic and/or manual nesting. The styles to be produced and the desired fabric quality will be linked together in one marker. Alignments will be considered depending on the parameters of each pattern. With the optional module rapportEXPERT you also nest fabrics with rapport and extensive panneau-designs. You only have to nest a layer in the correct material length once per style.So you develop a long-term layout plan with a minimal consumption of fabric. This is the database for the automatic cutting. The single markers can be recalled at the cutter, for e.g. the cutEXPERT variojet for cutting over and over again. With the additional option contourEXPERT especially for material supplied in rolls you prepare your layers for endless conveyor-cutting. |
